If you can tell by his abs, Zacharias Niedzwiecki will become fitness and healthy. Zacharias is a former professional opera singer who has become an experienced fitness professional. What made him fall in love with opera? “I was attracted to the beauty of opera for the first time. When I was young, I thought it was the most beautiful art form I've ever experienced. I also wanted to be so beautiful in some way, so I longed to be an opera singer. These wishes became a reality in some way.”
As for fitness, “I started it first for good health. I wasn’t completely comfortable with my skin, so I chose to change that. A few years later, I was just part of my lifestyle and in addition to teaching fitness exercises, daily exercise is just part of my daily routine. Some people use coffee in the morning and read paper with coffee in the morning and I can also exercise.”
