A community where Bravo star Leah McSweeney can continue to follow court case files.
The “Actual Housewife of the New York metropolis” star claimed in a February 2024 bombshell that the producer preyed on her alcohol habits and deliberately tried to get her off the van in an attempt to make ratings TV.
Bravo proposed a sport to disband her swimsuit.
But on Monday, a 100-page ruling printed an option that dismissed the elements of the swimsuit, but she could maintain many cases in the crux of the case, as well as the crux of her case: “Producers directly coerce and harassment [her] Mainly based on her [addiction]. ”
The view that decided that Lewis Liman and the producers’ oral debate (they raised in the case file in New York Court in November) were consistent, and they were the first to modify the star of the famous liquor-soaked flagship store, and that was not “neither accidental” because “it was not accidental, but it portrayed real sales action and real consumption action.”
However, Liman mentioned that she would continue to sue Bravo to resolve how they handle their consumption points.
Judge McSweeney claims the producer “jokingly said [her] No matter how her request stops, consume the key points in front of her [her] Mental Health and Substance Abuse Points and Named [her] Drug addicts and guide fellow stable members to additional derogatory [her]. ”
He mentioned that they should answer for the allegations.
He also directed her to continue filing allegations that would continue to file allegations, and while she was ready to spin off “Rhony” as a “final female journey,” the producers told McSweeney that she would be able to go to AA throughout the shooting, but once they were on site, the revisions were made.
“Her requests to attend the AA conference could bring unreasonable hardships or expenses,” Leman wrote.
Now, either party will begin asking for each other’s non-public information, text and emails and can ask for hard interviews.
McSweeney's attorney Gary Adelman Matz informed the page of Page Six: “We thank him for his decision in the 100 page selection, preserved the vast majority of claims against the defendant and continued to present the full life order to Leah's lawsuit and another step, and approach the defendant to be responsible.”
He added: “While we disagree with his findings on minor claims and will certainly file an amended complaint to deal with his issue, this option will not be a scorecard, but certainly, there are harsh claims that they will be conducted in court.”
McSweeney appeared in the present in 2021-2022.
Bravo did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
