McSweeney's attorney Gary Adelman Matz informed the page of Page Six: “We thank him for his decision in the 100 page selection, preserved the vast majority of claims against the defendant and continued to present the full life order to Leah's lawsuit and another step, and approach the defendant to be responsible.”

He added: “While we disagree with his findings on minor claims and will certainly file an amended complaint to deal with his issue, this option will not be a scorecard, but certainly, there are harsh claims that they will be conducted in court.”
