A Virginia man allegedly gave his kid a gun to the head and threatened to end his life – now we have frightening photos.
Matthew Williams – Who is the convicted felon – On April 21, Richmond police were aware of the incident. He was subsequently charged with using a firearm at the expense of the first diploma, abuse of young people, felony crimes, and possessing a weapon by the convicted felony in cooperation with the court case papers obtained by TMZ.
Police said they responded to the minor's mother report incident in an April 20 at a house on Ingram Street…claiming she was on FaceTime with 25-year-old Williams and their son when he pointed a gun at his head and threatened to kill her and the little boy.
This photo shows everything – the boy seemed to be frightened when he grabbed the barrel of the silver semi-automatic pistol being pushed toward his head.
Williams, wearing boxers and socks, allegedly “refusing to comply with police appeals” but was eventually detained.
Officers obtained a search warrant of the house … and so they discovered a number of weapons, together with a Taurus 1911 Commander semiautomatic pistol, a Micro Draco pistol, a Stevens breech-loading rifle, a Pachmayr breech-loading shotgun, a F.lli Pietta revolver, and miscellaneous ammunition.
Williams was released on bail and a jury trial date was held on August 25. He was convicted in advance, for felony opening and misdemeanor tampering with a car.
TMZ has been linked to Williams' legal professionals… so far, there is no word.
