How did this movie sprout?
We started writing scripts in 2015, and after that we stored the writing new draft. We always try to simply make a cinema. However, in Gaza, in general, it is very heavy for them to escape from politics due to various parts of political management, where people are managed daily. But at first we were just trying to make a Western movie, a little pure movie. That's why we chose these three characters and let's name them great, dangerous and ugly.

I want you to know one thing. We've been spelling this movie for a long time and once we've received it somehow for a while we think it's done on October 6 [2023]. We are very proud that we are determined to hold a small social gathering with two colleagues who are closed, one of whom was just here again from Gaza. We spent the night with him and just told us how frustrating the people there were than the regular ones. Then, after October 7, we spent 5 months creatively on the entrance to the TV and on the phone with our families living in northern Gaza. Then suddenly we determined, “Okay, we have to go on now, we have to go back to the script now.” We determined that the purpose of the movie is historical past, and those who have no choice, no vision, no goal. They will never give up. They continue. They continue to live. That's the politics in this movie. We are talking about people trying to go beyond the vitality.
