TrinaHusband and “Love and Hip Hop: Miami” Benjamin Leon Kearse Jr.also known as Swurvarrested for battery not long ago – said in the Box police that it has happened in the past 2 years! ! !
TMZ Hip Hop obtained a police report detailing Kearse’s arrest on March 20 in Miami… According to the documents, a man claimed that he suddenly stopped at the entrance to the Cease Signal in July 2023 at Black Dodge Charger in Kearse, and his hand hit Kearse’s suitcase.
The man suggested that police officer Kearse be called him, but when the man approached the car to articulate the situation of affairs, he said Kearse became angry and aggressive and eventually dragged to a close-range residence.
The alleged victim said Kearse walked up to him and beat him on many occasions and broke his nostril.
Police later obtained surveillance footage of the dispute and decided that the person's claims add up.
After talking to Kearse, police dragged him to Turner Guilford Knight Corrections Central for reservation.
