Craig Robinson is forever leaving comedy.
In the latest video submission on Instagram, the “Workplace” actor revealed that he gave up on comedy to deal with “a bigger thing.” In the submission title, he wrote: “Life Substitution: I officially exited comedy to deal with my true call. Please keep investigating. I'm engaged in a huge thing.”
“Hey, everyone! Just hope you can hear from me: I'm exiting the comedy,” Robinson mentioned in the video. “But it's not all. It's a huge run and you guys are all wonderful and great, but I'm following something bigger. So, thank you so much, I love you and keep calling.”
Robinson laughed at what his subsequent business might be in subsequent submissions, asking about the right way to start a small business. “It seems like having a dream and building a business with your partner are two very different things. I can't simply step into the element, but, despite any assists that can be huge.”
Robinson broke out in the 118 episode “The Workplace” for warehouse foreman Darryl Philbin. Some of his famous TV credits include “Cleveland Gift”, “American Dad”, “Mr. Robot”, “What We Do in the Shadow”, “Brooklyn 9-9”, “Kill It” and “Huge Mouth”.
On the film side, Robinson has appeared in “Scorching Tub Time Machine”, “It's the Finish”, “Sausage Social Gathering”, “Dolemite is My Title” and “Dangerous Guy.”
Despite this, Robinson had many moves before he was away from comedy. He will soon be on the Netflix animation journey in “On Goal” and “Dangerous Guy 2”.
