Birmingham Representatives on Sherlock Holmes Day's Sherlock Holmes Day, announcing the upcoming world premiere, “Sherlock Holmes and Twelve Days of Christmas”, co-written by Humphrey Ker and David Reed, playing the enduring roles of Holmes and Watson.
The new comedy Whodunnit will bow in Birmingham on November 14 and run through January 11, 2026, will feature authentic songs by Legendary Musical Theater duo Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Phillip Breen may be working with Becky Hope-Palmer in manufacturing. The storyline requires a series of mysterious deaths among performers in the West, and Holmes finds an interesting connection to “Twelve Days of Christmas.”
Not long ago, Ker lived in Emmy for his work as a government producer at FX/Disney+, and he also served as a neighborhood director for football members as a well-known detective. His latest credit embraced NBC’s “American Auto” and Apple TV+’s “fabulous missions.”
Reed's TV credit embraces “work,” “paradise of the past,” “Father Brown” and “Ghosts,” which will play Dr. Watson. His writing credit spans comedy performances and audible real collection of “Zero”. Margaret Cabourn-Smith and John Kearns will forge it like Mrs. Hudson and Lestrade, respectively.
“Dave and I were delighted to cheat on Birmingham Rep as the followers of the stubborn Diehard Sherlock Holmes to make a note of it on a journey of very stupid Holmes and Watson,” Kerr said. “Doing this with Margaret, John, Tim, Andrew and director celebrity Phil Brann is the thing of desire. Can't wait to put on the defender and bring the needle mud stuffed with morphine to Therock Holmes.”
“Hunffley and I have been obsessed with the roles of Holmes and Watson since we met on an Edinburgh stage for about 20 years.” “We glued them in our first broadcast series, Brother Faversham, and cluttered them to activate two improvisational sketches from the BBC, which is 'Quick & Free'. Now, playing them seriously is a dream come true.”
The holiday-themed thriller is another important collaboration between Rice and Lloyd Webber, including their legendary partnership that produces dramatic classics such as “The Celebrity of Jesus Christ,” “evita,” “evita,” and “Joseph and Joseph and the Supperb Technicolor Dreamcoat.”
