Simmons is known, and despite feeling “constantly criticized” about her physique as a health influencer, she “can't even think” that it prefers to be on the “stage” of fame and gets scrutiny like Khloé.
When asked how she criticizes criticism, Khloé said: “It's striking. What I said is that the bigger I used to be, the more guaranteed I used to be. I believe, because, like, what I would say about all the questions about me.”
“After I started my healthy journey, like changing in form, I felt the need to maintain it, like I needed to maintain it even if it wasn’t for me,” she continued. “I feel like, ‘correctly, since everyone seems to expect this to happen, I can’t fat anymore.’”
“In addition, it's a unique consideration I've received right now. At the time I received older I used to be like, 'Wait, it's a bad thing.” “I hate that's why since I seem to be a sure means, I've ever been given additional considerations.”
The mother of the two admitted that the initial eyes were initially “excited” rather than realizing that it was “so artificial”.
“I believe that as long as you recognize this, you're like, 'I do know that it's smoke and mirrors. I do know that it's all artificial and I'm not doing it for them, I want to verify that I'm doing it for me.'”

Khloé continues to share that she usually has “self-checking” with herself to reflect the reasons behind her actions.
“It's not great, but when unhealthy problems happen in my life, I get introverted and have these major self-checks,” she said, “After that, for example, do I do this for me? …Whatever your answer is, you'll think that once you notice, “Okay, I have to do the best thing for me,” and you start doing it, the rest doesn't really matter.”
Kardashian Star introduces the phrase: “the knowledge that follows” and points out that as she gets older, she finds it right.
She advised Simmons: “You are with 'you won't bother me as soon as possible.'
Then, she reflects what she found after years of physical comments.
“There is no doubt that at first, for many people, it was actually heavy to endure all this noise, but it was just noise,” she continued. “I found that it's OK, I would never completely satisfy people because I used to be bigger, I used to be thinner, and I had the same number of individuals, but for a completely different purpose.”

“I used to be a traitor to the large group after misplaced weight. I wasn't myself. I was no longer humor. Still, I wasn't all the questions I still had at my core,” Khloé recalls. “Whatever you want to say, I looked a little completely different aesthetically, or the load was completely different.”
She added: “Once I actually wrote this sentence here too. … I won't make everyone completely satisfied, but am I totally satisfied? Well, it's cool.”
Simmons introduced Khloé's previous comment on how she “relaxed” when she was older, saying she found it “loopy”.
Khloé agreed that it was “Loopy” rather than admitting that she “never thought I was fat before until I received it on TV, and everyone suggested how fat I used to be.”
She recalled: “I didn't know I was a fat man, and what attracted attention was, wanting again, I thought, 'Wait, I really don't satisfy myself as much as I used to.”'
Simmons, who has 3 million followers on Tiktok and 4 million on Instagram, said she “will never deal with this unhealthy self-confidence and respect” until she started practicing online.

Khloé is famous, the trolls don't “do something” but “judgment you on the couch”.
“At any time, these can actually be behind the PC, not doing a factor,” she added.
Khloé then spoke about her words, saying she usually receives information about weight loss.
“I hear at any time 'oh, it should be simple when you're a coach' or 'when you're at home health club,' she said. “The right thing is, I've been there for years. I've received a health club at home in the last 4 years, but how many years have it been about what it took me to be here?”
“Everyone needs an excuse,” she continued. “The last 15 years have not been straightforward, but I didn't use those excuses at the time. I used to be healthy within 24 hours. I used to be doing what I wanted to do to get there.
Khloé added that she also deleted feedback about her “kindness”, and so did understanding. “I'm not a coach, they want to say one thing, just say one component, just say 'Gotcha!'” she said.

Elsewhere in the conversation, Khloé shares pictures of how she promotes a healthy body for her 7-year-old daughter’s True.
“We don't talk about our bodies and things like that – don't like the look – but I really like her seeing me exercise and stay healthy, but not in an obsessive way.”
“I just need her to know I'm full of energy,” she continued. “It doesn't even need to be inside the health club. We run around, or we're outdoors, and I like that.”
Khloé joked that since she liked the children's menu, she liked “after meals” and so she liked “seeing stability.”
She continued: “I love her seeing because I am wholesome and I want myself to be energetic so I can play with you anytime and I can play with you anyway.
Khloé continues to notice that she will actually feel “tough” about people’s physique thrown aside on social media.
“These are issues that I can’t manage, so I do my best to manage what’s happening inside my family,” she shared.
