Orson Welles was nearly 40 years after his death, an AI-generated sound in a location-based storytelling app Storyrabbit.
Storyrabbit from Podcast Firmfort Media has entered into a partnership with Orson Welles Property to launch “Orson Welles Presents.” The app now selects Welles’s Unerrorized Sound, recreates digitally using StoryRabbit’s AI expertise as a possibility for customers to listen to stories about specific areas. Until June 1, using Wells' Sound is free, after which it will be $4.99 per month.
Here's how StoryRabbit works: The app uses your location (or the focus on the map of your choice) to generate a custom audio story that lasts 60-90 seconds, provided by your alternative host. “It’s like giving the world personal audio travel information in your pocket and bringing unlimited stories to tell you,” the company said.
Storyrabbit clients who choose Welles as host will hear dynamic narratives about the movies, TV, historical past and traditional historical past of your choice. ((Note the demonstration below.)
Welles is the director and star of the traditional film Citizen Kane, who made twelve different films and died in 1985 at the age of 70. Storyrabbit said it adopts “ethical AI practices”, leveraging licensed audio from his property and ensuring that “all narratives are artificial, real, real, responsible and responsible.” The company has partnered with Younite.ai to develop Welles’ AI voice.
“Oson is a ruthless innovator who brings his voice into this new medium,” said David Reeder, a real estate consultant at Orson Welles.
Kelly Garner, founder and CEO of Treefort Media and creator of Storyrabbit, mentioned, “Integrating Orson Welles' voice offers our storytelling unmatched resonance. Having the chance to work with a voice of this caliber is extraordinary. His timeless perspective affords customers a novel lens — concurrently nostalgic and forward-looking — to expert the world because it speaks, revealing uniquely true tales.”
The different hosts accessible in the Storyrabbit app hug Dominic Monaghan (the “Lord of the Rings” movie, “Misplaced”), who hosts “Wild Message”; writer, Podcaster and TV host Candice DeLong, who expresses “real criminal information.”
Treefort Media’s portfolio consists of nearly 50 unique podcasts covering non-fiction, investigative news and script-played audio dramas. The title contains the play “Moriarty” with the script and the true crime series “Kill Hollywood: Cotton Member Homicide”. Miracle's “The Killer Psychology with Candice DeLong”; discusses the current “Chinwag” hosted by Paul Giamatti and Stephen Asma; and the documentary “Crash: The Disaster in Surfez” created in collaboration with the Miami Herald.
