Who is your biggest inspiration?

Well, of course, the doll, mother, one and only Jazell Barbie Royale is the biggest mentor, I don't want to call an idol, but she has always been the doll that the doll looks up to. Before I even found Miss International, I knew who Jazel was, and then I saw her competing for Miss International, and I was like, wow, this is the door she opened. This is possible for me. I was like 19 years old at the time. Just like 10 years ago, now I am here. I think it's a really amazing story, we have amazing black trans women doing basic work and opening these doors so girls like me can come through next, and that's what I hope to bring on the journey as well.

What is your biggest pet prayer?

My biggest pet is angry? Hmm. To be honest, I probably eat with my mouth. Oh my goodness. I can't do it – I like food. I like to eat. Don't get me wrong, but girl, I can't do it. My skin crawls.

What are you without three things?

Hmm. Girl, if I say food again…but I want to say I can’t be without laughing. I have to express myself through laughter. That's how I got through it. I have suffered from very severe depression and I have found that being able to laugh at everything makes my life easier now. Even through hard things, even through pain, I found some ways to laugh at it all, so this would be my number one.

OK, second place…give me time. I'm thinking… loading, buffering. I'm going to talk about food again. Do you know? Shoot my feet. I don’t think I can’t live without snacks, and one of the things I think about beauty pageants is that maintaining and eating has been one of my toughest, most honest journeys. I think, through Covid, I ended up developing a habit like I eat every time I’m bored or stressed. So now I found a way to turn it into a positive by changing my diet, changing my lifestyle and finding a way to make my good work. I like that. I like to eat. I like having fun. I think the two most important things to do in a trip are learning a language and adjusting the palette. You know, you need anywhere.

So, let's take a look. We said food and we laughed. I would say entertainment. Yes. I need some funny, some delicious food and entertainment. Wow, it sounds like brunch! I like entertainment. I am a full-time performer. This is how I make money. Whether I don't sew, design, or do my hair, I'm on the stage. So, I like to have a good show, just like I like to play a good show, I like to watch a good show, whether it’s live talent or even a movie, I need entertainment. Maybe it's my ADHD, I don't know, but you know, the idle idea is the devil's workshop, so we have to keep going, you know?

If you have a superpower, what do you want it?

Teleport. I can't stand driving. I can't stand traveling. I can't stand waiting. Let me teleport. Zipper, zipper…I'm there. This is so easy for me. Have you seen that movie Jump? I think that's really great, doesn't it?

What is your most precious property?

I might have to say about my engagement ring. That is my kindness and dear to me. This reminds me of my love and sympathy for my partner. Scream at your baby. In September, we will be in the sixth anniversary. Isn't that crazy? I think it just shows that if you are true to yourself and you stay loving on the go, trans women can find love. I think love is always on the photo of anyone, and I think it's important because trans women need to hear and see. That's what makes me really happy.

What are you most grateful for?

I think I am most grateful for my life. I haven't really talked about so many topics, but I've actually tried many times not here, now here to share my story and embrace who I am and finally understand the meaning of loving me is the biggest success story I could have.

I really don't care about crowns, fame or stars. I care about telling my story and being able to express who I am. Growing up, I didn’t have that privilege, and now I have it all, it’s amazing to look back on life and know it really will be better. Sometimes it sucks. It will get rough. There will be some turmoil. But it always gets better. I think this is the biggest thing and I'm so glad to be here. I'm so happy to live my life. I'm very happy to be happy. I'm glad there is air in my lungs. You know, I don't want to be too troublesome, but I think it's so amazing, and, honestly, it's so easy to take things for granted in life, but you never really know what's ahead of you. So just live your life with a positive mindset because whenever you think you live a positive life, it brings a positive attitude.

What is the best advice you get?

Always wear earrings. Always wear jewelry and raise your head. Don't let opinions or let the town chat or talk distract you. Honestly, even if you are twins, there is only one person, only one person. Even if you are a triplet, with only one person in the entire universe, you can be the best.

I remember my dad once told me that you have to choose a lane and you have to drive quickly. Just like a car. Whenever you are on the highway, select a lane. Just driving. When you worry about what’s going on here, you miss the point. Stay within your goals, stay on your path and keep moving forward. keep going.
