Thorne-Smith listed the separation date as September 1, 2021…so it seems like 2 have been living for a while.
These 2 got married on a new day in 2007…, they welcomed their only little guy – Jacob Emerson Fishman – A few years later.
He was then 18, so they would not share parents with minors for longer. Thorne-Smith is asking the court for joint authorization and physical custody of Jacob.
