On Monday, it was proven in a group at the French Annecy Animation pageant that “Wakanda’s Eyes” was an animation spin-off of the “Black Panther’” franchise.
Director Todd Harris started the episode titled “Entering the Lion's Study” and was ahead of the Q&A session.
This episode is the main content of episode 4 in the collection and is ready in 1260 B.C. and follows Wakandan undercover agent, a former Dora Milaje named Noni (played by Winnie Harlow) who was nicknamed by “Lion” (Cress Williams). The lion had defected from the Wakandan Guards to be able to run a group of pirates and stole expertise from Wakanda to be able to discover his private kingdom.
Each episode of the 30-minute plot, animated by Studio Axis, will take place over a completely different time throughout the centuries, following a completely different artifact that director Todd Harris calls the “adjacent anthology” format. He also mocked some familiar Marvel character to appear: “There may be iron fists here, and there is never the iron fists you would expect.”
