Meghan Markle's new necklace has special meaning.
While asserting that she is renaming her Riviera orchard model as always, the 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex wears a purple enamel necklace in the form of a coronary artery.
Bauble is from Gold's album, designed in collaboration with Markle's longtime friend Kelly McKee Zajfen, and is also a coronary heart disease ambassador at the Los Angeles Youth Hospital.
According to product description, 15% of the total sales of the Custom Gold Pendant Center ($3,200) will be used to treat children in the hospital and assist with a “family-centered, child-centered child-friendly atmosphere.”
Although the piece is customizable, Markle seems to have worn a pattern with the letters “G” and “L” to pay tribute to Zajfen's children: daughter Lily and her late son George.
Zajfen is the co-founder of the Mother’s Nonprofit Alliance Alliance, and her 9-year-old son misplaced her 9-year-old son after a sudden virus disease.

On yesterday's Instagram, the Duchess wore a relaxing white linen shirt and basic blue denim in heart jewellery.
She revealed that her long-awaited lifestyle model should be called the past, not the American Riviera Orchard, which she first proposed in March 2024.
Markle mentioned in the title.
Royal continued: “This new chapter is an extension of my love language that has always been, weaving together every part I cherish – meals, gardening, entertainment, entertainment, thoughtful residence, and discovering happiness regularly.”
