Angie Stone – The order of a singer and enduring hip-hop trio members – Dead…TMZ has confirmed.
Representatives of late stars Deborah R. Champagne Tell TMZ…Ange left efficiency in Montgomery, Alabama early Saturday morning when she was killed in a car crash. There are no different details on this level.
Deborah told us that she was just talking to Angie on the last night…that information shocked family and friends.
Angie became a member of the sequence, the main all-female group that signed Sugar Hill data.
The band gave up three albums together between 1979 and 1985…and the music “Funk You Up” which has been sampled on many different tracks over time, such as “Uptown funk” by Bruno Mars and “Keep the brain” by Dr. Dre.
Angie started a solo career in the late nineteens…and, her debut album Black Diamond won gold in the United States, and two years later, she released “Want I Do Do In Is Ilise You”… It was one of her most popular songs of all time.
Angie later filmed movies in movies such as The Hoarse Chicken and Kevin Hart's comedy “Trip Next to the Trip”.

We finally caught Angie again in 2018 when she talked about the need for young artists to point out respect for the early generations…watch the video for themselves.
Now, we have contacted the Montgomery authorities for additional information about the crash… so far, no phrases have been made.
Angie's son Michael, daughter Diamond and a pair of grandchildren survived.
She is 63 years old.
