Karen Study – Massachusetts woman accused of murdering her Boston police boyfriend John O'Keefe In 2022 – It was found not responsible for the crime of homicide.
Study was charged with second-degree homicide, manslaughter, while working under the influence and leaving the scene where the accident caused damage or loss of life. The jury found her responsible for the single dependence of Wednesday’s OUI…working under influence.
Learning will serve OUI convictions.
Learn's retrial began in April, with the final argument ending on Friday – a jury began its consideration on Friday afternoon. A full-day deliberation began Monday…the decision was reached on Wednesday.
Prosecutors alleged that in January 2022, Learning had a heated drunken debate with O'Keefe directly, rather than backing up and hitting him with her SUV, killing him…and then fleeing the scene and leaving him dead in a snow-covered entrance yard in Canton, Massachusetts.

Study, now 45, has always kept her harmless person-her crew said she was framed, claiming that O'Keefe actually received the fight with his fellow countrymen that night, and said they fixed his loss of life on study.
The jury has seven ladies and five men.
