Porsha Williams' estranged husband Simon Guobadia was detained in immigration and customs law enforcement.
The Nigerian-born businessman will be held at the Stewart Detention Center in Lompkin, Georgia to be consistent with information obtained by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
The 43-year-old “Atlanta's Actual Housewife” star appeared to respond to Guobadia's detention on Instagram Friday, saying the situation was “frustrated” in their controversial divorce.
“It's frustrating to see my estranged husband make a choice, which leads to the end result. At this moment, my priority is shifted with my family,” she wrote.
Cubadia was brought to the ice during President Trump's massive expulsion program, and several administration orders signed after he returned to the oval workplace in the second time period.
The 60-year-old moved to the United States from Nigeria in 1982 and was allegedly overdue his visa. According to Atlanta's WSB-TV 2, he was declared deported in 1985.
Cubadia was arrested in 1987 for fraud in financial institutions and bank card. After being arrested, he was deported to Nigeria in 1992. Still, he can return in a month.
Then, in 2016, Truth TV stars were used for citizenship. Nevertheless, the U.S. authorities were rejected by U.S. authorities because of his earlier status being “illegal granted.”
Guobadia filed numerous complaints and appeals in an attempt to be declared a naturalized citizen. Although, his efforts did not make a profit.
After a month of public courtship, Cubadia quickly proposed to Williams in May 2021.
Williams and Cubadia then ended with two luxurious ceremonies in November 2022.
In February of the last 12 months, Williams filed for divorce from Cubadia just 12 months after his marriage.
