Britani Bateman is accused of owing her former mother-in-law $100,000.

Sandra Underwood, the mom of Bateman's ex-husband, John Scott Underwood – accusing the “actual housewife of the Salt Lake metropolis” star of using cash and obtaining court paperwork based on the sixth page of the page, and not paying again.

According to paperwork, Sandra, 87, claims that Bateman, 53, put cash into family beliefs and used it for “her personal private profit.”

Criticized: “Britani intentionally, maliciously and through intentional fraud, changed the plaintiff's funds and now refuses to repay the funds.”

In March, Sandra's legal professionals sent a letter from Bateman asking her to refund $100,000. Nevertheless; Sandra proposed in the “so far [she has] No, but got my cash return. ”

According to the letter, the letter was included in the submitted exhibition, which Sandra acquired $338,889.31 after purchasing West Valley House in Utah.

Soon after, at the urging of “Urgent Britain,” Sandra deposited $100,000 into her belief to understand that she might “request for it to be withdrawn at any time” and that “return it without objection.”

Bateman’s father, Melvin Merrill Martin, created the belief titled “Integrity Faith” in 2019, as the settlers, while she and her mother Cathie were designated as trustees. Cathy has handed it to the past few years in accordance with the letter, and John was named for his successor.

The letter states: “As the British knew, Sandra had increased her living prices as she grew older, mainly due to the benefits of the expertise of most seniors.”

Attorneys believe Sandra's “limited income” is about $1,600, which is “not enough” to avoid the price of her medical services and prescription needs.

John's mother asked Bateman to exceed $100,000 “out of direct decency and morality,” “plus curiosity about the statutory fees stipulated by legislation” and added any legal professional charges.

Bateman and John – completed their divorce in October 2023 after seven years of marriage, and they have had a considerable proportion of drama recently.

Bravolebrity accused John of turning into “very controlled and abused” throughout his marriage, with daily lawsuits in the last $2.5 million in October, according to the Daily Mail. She also claimed that he asked them to have sex multiple times a day.

A few months later, Bateman claimed that John had exhausted their shared checking account and minimized her from a common business venture.

Bateman did not immediately return to the remark request on the sixth page of the web page.
