Dr. Terry Dubrow and his spouse Heather Dubrow are promoting their mansion on the top of Beverly Hills.
TMZ reported Friday that the couple listed the sprawling property for $25 million.
Nearly 9,000 square feet of mats are located on just over 8 acres of land – 5 bedrooms, 9 swamps, a grand entrance hall with two stairs and a huge terrace.
The spacious yard also boasts a huge swimming pool, a full-size tennis court, lounge space with out-of-couch and an extended table with internet for well-designed outside dinner events.
“Million Greenback” star Josh Altman, who listed the property with brother Matt Altman, said the property was one of the best funding alternatives he has ever seen.
Josh advises the exit advice: “I don’t know elsewhere, you might be sitting on eight acres of land at Beverly Hills high school.
The reason Dubrows promotes the house is that because of their determination to embrace the home, the rest of the real estate agents define it, noting that they have only one of the 4 children in the residence.
Also, according to Josh, the “rotten” star and the “actual housewife of Orange County” star need to spend extra time visiting.
Terry, 66, and Heather, 56, purchased the property for $16.1 million in the summer of 2023 (she calls it “Dreamer” in advance).
It was reported in advance that the Truth Personality has seized the right to residency under a $37.5 million inquiry.
Heather suggested her Instagram followers at the time, including the renovation project “should take about 3 years.”
Terry described the home in the country at the time – the neighbors, LeBron James, Drake and John Legend and Chrissie Teigen, reportedly – were very good, very good.
