Sean Combs, who lengthily identified the rap alias as Diddy and Diddy, is undergoing a lot of lawsuits and authorized to bother. The record of litigation against COMBS has only been extended as the Gender Motivation Violence Act deadline approaches March 1.
Sara Rivers, a former member of DA Band (signed Combs' Dangerous Boys data between 2002 and 2004) filed a $60 million lawsuit Friday against music tycoons who verbally abused and sexually harassed. It also lists regular music, MTV and many dangerous boy executives as defendants.
Rivers, formerly known as Sara Stokes, claimed that throughout the entire shooting of the comb's 2002 rival sequence, “Making Band 2”, the comb was shocked by the dysfunction it consumed and threw a lot of “inhuman” feedback at her.

The lawsuit was made by Rivers' attorney Ariel E. She remembers an involuntary encounter, claiming that the comb was approaching her and putting her right on the spot where he touched her breasts.

With the deadline for the New York Gender Motivation Violence Act expires tomorrow, it is clear that opportunists are doing their best to make unfounded statements. Mr. Combs maintains assurance that he will have the upper hand in court.”

Currently, the comb is in jail at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. He was arrested in Manhattan on September 16, 2024 for the price of extortion and sexual intercourse. He begged not to bear any responsibility for the grand jury’s prosecution. He was denied bail by two separate judges and was ready to remain in prison until the trial on May 5, 2025. If found responsible for racket costs, the comb may face life in prison.
On March 25, the Department of Homeland Security raided the rapper's property in Miami, New York and Los Angeles seeking proof. Electronic devices were seized along with computer systems due to the inclusion of potential evidence.
