Aaron Phypers accused Denise Richards of being dishonest throughout their marriage – and claimed he had proven the alleged extramarital affair.
The Canadian-born actor filed for divorce from the “Wild Questions” star earlier this month, claiming in a current interview that he discovered his estranged spouse's domination with another man in early 2025.
Phyphers claimed to TMZ that he found information between Richards and her so-called lover on his laptop. The texts allegedly confirmed the plans to meet at the resort, and she told him she would sneak into her room.
Phyphers claimed that when he and Richards faced what she called dishonesty, they were finally determined to keep it together.
Still, on July 4, they had another explosive battle, which led to the official end of their marriage.
Richards' representative did not immediately respond to the touch request on the sixth page of the web page to touch dishonest claims.
Phyphers' latest allegations come shortly after a 54-year-old “The Actual Housewife of Beverly Hills” alumni awarded her a restraining order to estrange her husband.
In the court paperwork obtained on page six of this week, Richards detailed the many violent disputes she allegedly had with Phypers and threatened to report him and himself to police.
“Through our relationship, Aaron would constantly suffocate me violently, squeezing my head with each palm, squeezing my arms tightly, smacking me violently on my face and head, actively slamming my head into the toilet towel rack.”
She also accused the 52-year-old Phypers of being considered an attack in 2022.
Still, supplies near Phypers hit again on Richards’ claims, telling the daily email, “Denise Richards: It’s difficult” Alum’s dark eyes do attribute to what she calls “alcohol drinking.”
“This is consistent with the continued unfulfilling of Denise Richards,” an insider claimed Thursday.
“That photo was taken in the winter of 2022, and it was actually her drunk and developed the steps for Aaron’s footsteps. [since-closed medical] Clinic, Q1. ”
In the announcement, Phypers also denied the abuse of “rumors and assumptions.”
The estranged couple has a restrictive order, and the listening scheduled to take place on August 8.
In nearly two weeks Richards filed, Phypers filed a legal marriage six years later, citing “irreconcilable changes” as an explanation for his or her layoffs. He listed their separation date as July 4th.
Phypers also asked the court to grant his spouse help.
Recently, daily emails claimed that Richards and Phypers’ marriage became “toxic” and involved a fixed struggle.
“They've been in trouble for a while, but on the weekend they were mainly where they used to be 'f-kay you' and he marched into the divorce,” the insider said.
Richards and the analogues got married in September 2018. They did not share the young people together.
