Owen HayesPolice said school baseball participants beat crap in an 84-year-old man at a California bar and are not attending his college now.
Hayes participated in baseball at Grasp Academy in Santa Clarita, California until this week he surrendered to authorities at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff and was booked for a felony assault.

In an announcement to TMZ, the university team said… “The people in the query are not now participating in the Master Academy. The academy has strictly violated its requirements and biblical beliefs.”
TMU is an individual, non-sectarian Christian college that provides… “When a violation occurs, we adhere to established procedures to ensure acceptable motions.
Hayes apparently did not participate in TMU’s teacher baseball after leaving college, and his participant profile from TMU’s baseball lineup has been eliminated.
As we reported …A video from the hotel interior of the Santa Clarita diving bar Doc shows a man – police officers say it was Hayes – sprinting behind an elderly buyer and knocking him to the ground with a punch.
The bar staff told us that the victim was working on a daily basis and was reportedly knocked down and hospitalized.
