Aaron Phypers denied that he had physically or emotionally abused his estranged spouse, Denise Richards, filed accusations of abuse against him while obeying the restraining order.
She spoke to the astonishing allegations of “the real housewife of Beverly Hills” during her court paperwork filed on Wednesday. Richards claims that her estranged husband often choked her, slapped her in the face and head, and threatened to kill her in a different violent argument.
“I need to resolve the latest rumors and assumptions about my relationship with my spouse Denise Richards,” Phypers said in an announcement to people. “Let me be clear: I am by no means physically or emotionally abused Denise or anyone. The allegations are totally wrong and have suffered profound injuries.”
“Like many {couples}, Denise and I face our challenges, but any advice on abuse is absolutely unfaithful,” the assertion continued. “I’ve always tried to explore our marriage with love, perseverance and respect.”
After six years of marriage, Phypers asked him and Richards to lay off employees.
The assertion concluded: “I hope that the public and the media can chorus spread dangerous and unfounded claims.”

Richards, 54, was granted a brief restraining order on Phypers, 52, Wednesday.
“Through our relationship, Aaron often suffocates me violently, squeezing my head with each finger, squeezing my arms tightly, smacking me violently on my face and head, actively placing my head into the toilet towel rack,” Richards called Richards in the document obtained on the Web Page Six.
Additional charges include his threat to kill her and herself if she reports him to the police.
She also shared photos of her bruised face, which she allegedly came here from Phypers.
Phypers filed for divorce from Richards earlier this month, citing July 4 as their separation date and the “irreconcilable change” was the explanation for his or her cut.
The “falling lifeless beauty” star described the alleged battle on July 4 that led to their cuts in court case papers.
Richards claimed that Phypers were “angry” when he suggested that he and his family needed to be transferred to their marital residence.
“Around almost two hours, Aaron got it repeatedly within two inches of my face, screaming at me, making the blasphemy screaming, calling me 'C-T Whore' and a piece 's-t', and screaming at me, “No one likes you,” she claimed.
“Aaron repeatedly grabbed my left arm tightly in an aggressive way. I repeatedly advised Aaron to avoid me and he would hurt me.”
