Denise Richards granted the estranged husband Aaron Phypers a restraining order after accusing him of abuse.
In court paperwork filed Wednesday, the “Wild Question” actress detailed many of her violent disputes with Phypers and threatened to report him and himself to police.
“Through our relationship, Aaron would often suffocate me violently, squeezing my head with each arm, squeezing my arms tightly, slapping me hard on my face and head, actively stumble my head violently into the toilet towel rack,” Richards wrote in the document obtained by TMZ.
The 54-year-old “The Actual Housewife of Beverly Hills” alumnus claimed that the 52-year-old Phypers must be an attack by him in 2022.
Richards claimed in the document that at the time, she and her ex were in the office of Malibu, California, when he “turned paranoid” and that the vegetation he purchased “includes hearing units.”
The mother of three then claimed to use her “f-king bit” while knocking her into her eyes with her palm.
In another incident, Phypers allegedly turned violent after Richards suggested he did not accompany her on a game trip.
She said in the document: “Aaron was caught by my hair again and slammed me into the bottom and screamed, ‘You didn’t cancel my flight, I’ll go with you, I don’t believe you.’
Richards also includes photos of her bruised weapon, which she claims was obtained from her estranged husband.
According to TMZ, Richards and her house and her house and car were ordered to use.
Their subsequent restraining order was held on August 8.
The new blockbusters claim to be less than two weeks after filing for divorce after six years of marriage.
He listed their separation date as July 4 and used “irreconcilable changes” as an explanation for his or her breakup.
Phypers also asked the court to grant him a spouse assistant.
Notify the last week of the mail daily for the last week of supplies, due to Richards and the like, for a long time, is “toxic” and is constantly prevented.
“They've been in trouble for a while, but on the weekend they were mainly where they used to be 'f-kay you' and he marched into the divorce,” the insider said.
After obeying the divorce, it seems that he had an errand at his wedding ceremony.
Fact Star and Phypers ended in September 2018.
