Former President Barack Obama spent some time at home with his daughter in Los Angeles. Despite this, spouse Michelle has nowhere to go.
Barack wore a black jacket, black shirt and dark grey trousers to have dinner with Malia, 26, and Sasha, 23, at the sushi restaurant in West Los Angeles (Hamasaku).
Barack also wore a wedding ceremony in his ongoing assumptions about Michelle's marriage.
It is unclear why Michelle, 61, did not accompany Barack, 63, and her daughter, but she ignored rumors of divorce beforehand after skipping many public-facing occasions, such as the funeral of former President Jimmy Carter and the inauguration of President Donald Trump.
In the latest episode of Sophia Bush’s “Work in Progress” podcast, Michelle defines that she just hopes to take another step from the highlight after a few years of public service.
She laughed at the idea that she and Barack had already gone to divorce, noting that it was difficult for people to accept that “an adult lady is just making a series of choices for herself.”
“The striking factor is that after I said 'no', about half of the people were like, 'I get it, I'm fine.”
“That's what we fight with as ladies – disappointing people. A lot of people, such people, who can't even understand that I've made choices for myself before, they need to assume that my husband and I are divorced,” Michelle continued.
Michelle showed off her engagement and wedding ceremony, and Michelle rejected the assumption of layoffs when she was out in Los Angeles on April 17.
She and Barack were noticed earlier this month on a date night in Washington, D.C.
