The Hollywood racing TV series F1 (F1), starring Brad Pitt, debuted in a Korean field workplace on the weekend of June 27-29, earning $2.8 million in 347,422 records of 1,584 screens.
In line with Kobes, the film accounts for 37.8% of the weekend market. Now, it has earned $3.8 million in cumulative from 482,490 admissions.
Dreamworks' “The Right Way to Practice Dragon” rose to second place with $1.08 million and 152,226 entry. The film has now reached $11.4 million in South Korea after four weekends of release.
Third, the local title “Noise” opens from 147,849 of 878 screens for $1.08 million. Directed by Kim Soo-Jin of Supernatural Horror Facility on Ju-Young (acted by Lee Solar-bin), a woman dealing with hearing impaired women who become troubled by abnormal sounds associated with her sister’s disappearance. The movie has made $1.4 million so far.
Disney-Pixar's sci-fi animation “Elio” (Elio) dropped to fourth place from 124,484 admissions at $851,140, reducing its cumulative overall to $3 million.
Another local film, “Hello-5”, is in fifth place, with revenue of $339,193, a brand new brand new overall of $126 million, with more than 1.84 million tickets available since its release.
Putting the horror sequel to the end of the world “28 Years Later” in sixth place earned $230,985. Two weekends later, it now earns $2.1 million at the box office.
“Task: Unthinkable – Last Evaluation” ranked seventh at $173,972, boosting its cumulative overall to $24.3 million and earnings over $3.35 million.
The mysterious Korean political thriller The Pact adopted $133,401 from 18,840 admissions, driving its entire $5.2 million.
The new local portal, “Anonymous”, ranked ninth, earning $132,362 out of 18,023 enrollments for debut. Directed by Ha Jung-Woo, the film is a documentary based on faith. Now, the whole price is $227,522.
Finally, the reissue of Studio Ghibli's basic “Wind Valley Nasika” increased its highest ten with enrollment rates of $117,800 and 14,942 votes. Now, it makes $200,318 in South Korea.
On the weekend of June 27-29, the top ten movies earned $7.2 million in a combined box office, a big improvement from the $6.3 million in early corpses.
