Kate Middleton continues to spend time helping the career, which may be crucial to the look of her intentional Royal Ascot.

Royal, 43, shared public information on Friday to focus on Child Hospice Week.

“No dad or mom wants to hear the harm of their little ones that may shorten their lives,” Middleton wrote. “Sadly, this is the fact that 1,000 families across the country face, heartbroken, feared for a long time, and sometimes desperately favored.”

“The ability to get into one of many 54 children’s guesthouses in the UK means they shouldn’t be facing that future just.”

The mother of three shared her personal expertise as the sponsor of East Anglia Children's Hospice and Tŷhafan Children's Hospice.

“I am honored to see the extraordinary work of the young people’s guesthouses,” she continued. “In addition to listening, holding, caring and sharing, to boost the spirit through laughter, pleasure and play, they also help children and families through life, dying and past.”

She concluded: “This child’s hospice week and I hope you can be part of my celebration of the life-changing work they have done and thank them for the important care they have provided to them for their children and families.”

Middleton visited tŷHafan in January when she was photographed and spent time with the patient, her mother and father. The late Princess Diana is a key supporter of TŷHAFAN – Wales is the “Hait House” and even helped fund the cause.

Ascott officials confirmed she will be in the second carriage of the Royal Parade with her husband Prince William, on the broadcast list of carriages. More than half an hour later, Kensington Palace confirmed that she would not be participating in the annual horse racing.

Ascot printed a revised list that did not reflect her title, noting that William will now be within the first carriage with King Charles and Queen Camilla.

Her latest public appearance was performed on June 14 in 2025 colors when she showed up in good spirits with the kids: Prince George, 11-year-old Princess Charlotte, now 10-year-old Princess Charlotte and 7-year-old Prince Louis. This marked her first unit as she revealed the recovery she suffered in most cancers.
