Controlled companies Anna Nicole SmithAfter the style model Von Dutch, her psychological property rights…claimed that they have been using her photos to promote their outfits.
The lawsuit states that the von Dutch never obtains license from the company, or before she died in 2007, to use her to promote merchandise, which includes her identity, pictures or similarities.
For those who work with the company again in one day, she did work with them to propose a line…but the company said she would never grant anyone von Dutch to use her photos.
By the way… In the FB proposed again in April, Von Dutch took a photo of Anna with a black cowboy hat and looked at the pink lettering on the 2004 “Tonight Tighen Tighen Tighens Gift” by Jay Leno.
They wrote in the title: “The iconic Anna Nicole Smith hat in our unique VD classification”… But the provision of familiarity with the scheme tells us that the hat is not any part of working with the model – which is why she didn't even point this out in the clip of Jay's gift.
Anna died of a drug overdose in 2007…her daughter, Dannielynn Birkheadthe last 12 months and the age of 18.
We have been in contact with Von Dutch, Anna Nicole Smith Inc. and Birkhead… so far, there is no other sentence.
