Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann were pressured by the U.S. Marshal to move from their cancelled Georgia building.
Brand new home owners of Atlanta property have begun a way to legally eliminate the last couple of former couples in December in response to the new court instruments obtained on page six of the page.
In a submission, the brand new homeowner said the former “Atlanta Actual Housewife” star and Ex-NFL participants remained “a home they rented to them for the period.”
Additionally, they claimed that Biermann, 39, and Zolciak, 47, had been served documents that “continue toward tenants held by tenants.”
After the brand-new House owner's main document was not answered by the estranged couple, the U.S. Marshal stepped in and phased it out of the house on April 8.

In November 2024, Page Six reported only that Zolsiak had begun transfer courses earlier than scheduled public sales.
At that time, TMZ noticed the transfer of the outside of the van to the house. However, it is not yet clear whether the six-year-old mother returns to the mansion or whether she and Bielman move out completely.
Page 6 of the page has been contacted by Zolciak's representative, but it was not heard immediately.
In February, Bravo alumni and former Atlanta Falcons star bought their mansion for $2.75 million, $3 million less than the unique inquiry value – occupying a year and a half in the market.
This 15,000 square foot home (built in 2008) luxurious amenities are reminiscent of a heated pool, 5 fireplaces, six-car storage, an elevator, an arcade room, movie shows, a fitness center and extra charges.
Exes bought the mansion for $900,000 in 2012, and there are many occasions where they have reduced the value of the home while trying to avoid public sales amidst its growing monetary dilemma.
Bielman and Zolchik listed the property in October 2023 after the front guard filed for divorce two months ago.
